The thing that limits a good construction company usually isn’t demand. It’s who is going to run the work. Onyx Project Partners exists to make that answer repeatable.
Good project managers are rare, expensive to hire and hard to keep. For a lean general contractor, hiring one also means becoming an employer, with the payroll, the workers’ comp and the risk that comes with it.
So we built a company that does that part. We hire project managers, train them to one playbook, prove them on real jobs, and place them on yours. They stay our employees. You stay lean and keep your license.
The idea is simple: if you work out why and how a job gets run well, you can teach it, repeat it, and hand it to someone who wasn’t there when you figured it out. That is the farm system, and it is the whole company.
