What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a PM, request our certificate of insurance, ask a question or apply as a project manager, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone, company, details about your jobs, and, for applications, your resume if you attach one.
- Basic visit data. If analytics are switched on, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, clicks and scrolling). They load only after you interact with a page, and form fields are masked from session recordings.
- Server logs. Our host keeps standard request logs for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
Only to answer you: to talk through placing a project manager, send a certificate of insurance, answer a question, or review an application. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email, with any resume attached. Resumes are not posted or published anywhere.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, when switched on, measure site use.
How long we keep it
Form submissions live in our email. We keep them while they’re useful for the conversation or application and delete them on request.
Your choices
Email hello@onyxprojectpartners.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can block analytics with your browser’s privacy settings or a content blocker; the site works the same without them.
