This site describes the staffing services of Onyx Project Partners. It is information, not an offer. Any placement of a project manager is made only under a written staffing agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls over anything on this site.

What we are, and aren’t

Onyx Project Partners is a staffing company. We employ project managers and place them with licensed general contractors. We are not a licensed contractor, we do not contract with property owners, and we do not perform construction. The general contractor remains the contractor of record on every job.

The fee calculator

The calculator shows our fee from the figures you enter. The hiring-side numbers are estimates based on inputs you control; they are not a quote and not tax, legal or employment advice.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate but don’t guarantee it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
